Welcome to LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any services offered under the LeKerala! brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Brand & Ownership

LeKerala! is a brand owned and operated by WandriQ Xperiences.

All services, communications, and transactions conducted under the name LeKerala! are governed and administered by WandriQ Xperiences.

2. Nature of Services

LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences functions as a travel facilitation and booking platform. We connect customers with independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

Hotels, resorts, and homestays

Transport and jeep safari operators

Activity providers and local experiences

Guides and destination services

LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences does not own, control, or directly operate these third-party services unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and confirmation from LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payments collected through LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences are made on behalf of third-party service providers.

Prices may change due to seasonality, demand, taxes, or operational reasons.

Any additional expenses incurred at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the service provider and selected package.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting service charges, cancellation fees, and payment gateway charges.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.

LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Validity of Bookings

All bookings, tickets, or passes for selected activities are valid only for the booked date and the immediate next day, unless otherwise specified.

Hiking and Trekking activities cancellation,date change or missed activity will be subjected to third party terms& conditions.

Expired bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Changes & Modifications

LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, schedules, or services due to:

Weather conditions

Safety concerns

Government or forest department regulations

Operational or logistical reasons

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for legal claims or compensation.

8. User Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

Carrying valid identification and required permits

Ensuring physical and medical fitness for activities

Following safety instructions issued by guides, drivers, or authorities

Respecting wildlife, environment, local customs, and laws

Failure to comply may result in service denial without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences shall not be held liable for:

Accidents, injuries, illness, loss, damage, or death

Natural disasters, landslides, weather disruptions, or wildlife encounters

Acts, negligence, or omissions of third-party service providers

Loss of personal belongings, valuables, or documents

All services are availed entirely at the customer’s own risk.

10. Force Majeure

LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, images, and materials associated with LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences are the intellectual property of WandriQ Xperiences or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. LeKerala! by WandriQ Xperiences assumes no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to our services if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is suspected.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
